What is your lead time for larger pieces of furniture?
For larger items including furniture deliveries, we use a combination of our own tail-lift vehicles, or verified third party logistics companies who specialize in large item deliveries. This usually adds around 7 days to each delivery. For larger and heavier items, customer assistance may be required to assist the driver. Delivery is strictly to ground floor, curbside only for insurance purposes.
Do you hold stock?
We display over 20,000 products on our Decorum Interiors website, and although many popular items are in stock at our warehouses and
available for 24 hour dispatch, we also regularly place stock on backorder with our brand suppliers and manufacturers which then operate on longer lead times, many of our products are also available for pre-order too.
Delays in this instance will be fully communicated with you. We relay as much information as we are provided by our suppliers and
manufactures at the time we receive the information however, if you require a more specific time frame, please feel free to contact our Customer Services team before placing your order and they will do their best to find as much information as possible for you.
