Great service, called to say one product was delayed, received the order in good time but the missing item is still not here and no updates.
I placed an order for a console table with Decorum after being let down by another company. Decorum customer service was spot on they were contactable at all times & responded speedily. Will was extremely helpful in arranging next day delivery. I am.delighted with the table and would definitely recommend and use Decorum again

I couldnt be happier or more pleased with the service provided by Decorum Interiors. The large item I ordered arrived early and in perfect condition. The purchase process was simple and straightforward. the item I received was exactly like the one shown on their website. Incredible care was taken with the packing and packaging. In addition, the courer service used was first class, and the courier incredibly friendly and helpful. The item was extremely heavy and I appreciated his help in moving it from the delivery truck to my front door.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Were pleased to hear that youre happy with the product itself, though were genuinely sorry to learn that the delivery experience via the couriers did not meet your expectations.
We do feel that the concerns raised in your email are primarily related to the couriers customer service rather than our own internal processes. The delivery of your order was handled by B STAR VIP for transparency, who are an external courier partner and not our own in-house drivers. As such, all delivery scheduling, text notifications and rescheduling communications were issued directly by them, not by our team.
That said, we absolutely appreciate how frustrating this experience must have been. We have fed your feedback directly back to B STAR VIP so they have full visibility of the issues raised, particularly around follow-up communication and delays in rescheduling, in order to help improve their service going forward.
For clarity, we did remain in contact from our side:
On 10th December 2025 at 1:57pm, we emailed to advise of a small delay with your order and confirmed we would be in touch with further information, we then progressed the delivery with B STAR VIP who then take over and make contact with our customers to schedule deliveries directly.
We also followed up again on Monday 5th January to check that your order had been received safely and that everything was satisfactory, please kindly check your spam / junk folders for this.
While we understand your disappointment with the courier communication, we hope this reassures you that we did not intentionally leave you without updates and that we remained attentive to your order throughout the process.
