Delivery Times: Lead time is advised above. For all Made To Order products, the lead time is 14-18 weeks from date of order. For in stock products, these are usually shipped within 4-10 days unless otherwise specified above.
Furniture Orders: For larger or bulkier items, we provide a two-man delivery service to ensure your furniture is handled with care. We work with specialist third-party logistics companies experienced in large and heavy item deliveries.
After placing your order, our courier, Proovia, will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. In most cases, you will receive an estimated time slot via email or text message. Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries may be available in special circumstances at an additional cost.
Once delivery is confirmed by yourself, it is your responsibility to ensure you will be available to receive the goods. Otherwise, a re-delivery charge will apply.
White Glove Delivery Upgrade: We are able to offer a white Glove Delivery Upgrade on most of our items of furniture which is price on application. This includes delivery to the room of choice, assembly, and remove the product packaging. Please contact us before, or immediately after making your purchase.
Once You Receive Your Order: We request you check all items and report any faults within 48 hours. Claims outside this time period will be rejected. Faults and shortages must be reported with 48 hours including over weekends, bank holidays or Christmas closure and we must be informed in writing by completing the form above.
Product Packaging: While the product(s) are in your possession, please ensure you keep all product packaging safe. Do not tear, shred or dispose of as if we need to arrange an exchange or collection the product must be in it's original packaging, undamaged, sealed only with clear tape and unwritten on.
Delivery Rates: We offer free standard delivery on all Tommy Franks products to UK Mainland addresses.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and the Channel Islands are not included in our free delivery service. Please contact us for a quotation for these areas.

14 Day Returns: Please ensure all orders are sent back to us in sufficient time to ensure we receive these back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
To begin your return please complete our Request A Return form and await approval before returning any items.

Report Faults Within 48 Hours: If you are building and / or renovating we advise you check your item(s) thoroughly before storing to avoid any damages on site. We are not liable after this 48 hour period or after installation.
After the 48 hour period these product(s) will not be considered for return or exchange. Decorum Interiors are unable to offer product exchanges after installation if item is damaged, and for lighting unless there is an electrical lighting fault.

Telephone Payments: For security purposes we do not accept payments made over the telephone.
Bank Transfers: Please contact our Customer Service team emailing info@decorum-living.com where we can provide you with our account details in order for you to arrange a BACS transfer to.
Once the BACS payment is compete we recommend you contact Customer Services to confirm that payment had been made.
Once payment the has cleared into our account we can then begin the order process.
