These cushions come with luxury duck feather inserts. Bold interlocking geometric pattern in "String" colourway with Putty Velvet reverse and Putty Velvet piping.

The Decorum collection of cushions is an elegant and sophisticated palette that is perfect for layering with the other prints from our collection, or simply adding subtle patterns to a neutral scheme.

All of our cushions are made to order and can take between 15-20 days for these to be hand finished in the UK and shipped to you. Due to this once ordered we can not cancel or refund an order.

Note: Due to variations in computer screens, we cannot guarantee that colours shown here are truly representative of our products. Prior to purchasing we recommend that you order a sample, available online.

Samples are available for our cushion collections  Samples are charged at £2.00 each.

RETURNS

No returns or exchanges are offered, all products are bespoke made to order.

BESPOKE 

For bespoke enquiries, including bespoke sizes, piping, fabric or fringing changes please contact us. 

Delivery Times: Each cushion is made-to-order, with a delivery timeframe of 15-20 days from date of order.

Once You Receive Your Order: We request you check all items and report any faults within 48 hours. Claims outside this time period will be rejected. Faults and shortages must be reported with 48 hours including over weekends, bank holidays or Christmas closure and we must be informed in writing by completing the form above.

Product Packaging: While the product(s) are in your possession, please ensure you keep all product packaging safe. Do not tear, shred or dispose of as if we need to arrange an exchange or collection the product must be in it's original packaging, undamaged, sealed only with clear tape and unwritten on. 

Delivery Rates: We offer complimentary UK Mainland delivery on orders over £100.00, T&Cs apply.

For orders under £100.00 a shipping charge of £7.95 applies.

Select products and locations have additional surcharges, which are calculated at check-out. This includes larger items of furniture.

Non-Returnable: All Decorum Interiors soft furnishings are made to order and often bespoke to your chosen specification. As each piece is crafted specifically for you, these items are non-returnable.

Once your order has been placed, it is treated as a confirmed order and cannot be cancelled with the factory, as production will have commenced. We kindly ask that you carefully review your selections prior to ordering to ensure all details are correct.

Should you require any samples to assist in your consideration please contact a member of our customer service team who will be happy to arrange these for you.

Report Faults Within 48 Hours: If you are building and / or renovating we advise you check your item(s) thoroughly before storing to avoid any damages on site. We are not liable after this 48 hour period.

After the 48 hour period these product(s) will not be considered for return or exchange. Decorum Interiors are unable to offer product exchanges if item is damaged.

Outer Packaging: Please place the product box within an external box, or protective packaging in order to protect the product box.

Telephone Payments: For security purposes we do not accept payments made over the telephone.

Bank Transfers: Please contact our Customer Service team emailing info@decorum-living.com where we can provide you with our account details in order for you to arrange a BACS transfer to.

Once the BACS payment is compete we recommend you contact Customer Services to confirm that payment had been made.

Once payment the has cleared into our account we can then begin the order process.
