The Mediterranean Citrus scent in the Neroli reed diffuser is a refreshing and invigorating fragrance that evokes the sunny essence of the Mediterranean coast. It combines zesty citrus notes, including tangy lemon and sweet orange, with the exotic and floral undertones of Neroli blossom. STYLE

Portofino Neroli with its striking colourway, takes us straight to the Mediterranean with uplifting citrus notes. The bottle is made of high-quality glass with a glossy yellow finish, reminiscent of the sun-kissed Mediterranean landscapes and iconic Lemon tone. Its slender and sleek silhouette adds a touch of sophistication to any room, while the transparency allows the soft glow of light to pass through, enhancing its visual appeal.

This extra large yellow toned reed diffuser makes a great statement piece and gorgeous vibrant citrus scent that comes attractively packaged in a gorgeous box for the perfect gift.  Also available in White frosted glass, Amber glass, Yellow Glass and Onyx glass too.

CARE GUIDE

Avoid placing your reed diffuser in direct sunlight, heat sources or drafty areas. Heat and airflow can accelerate the evaporation of the fragrance oil, reducing the lifespan. We recommend you regularly rotate and flip the reeds, this promotes an even absorption and diffusion of the fragrance.

Regularly clean the reeds, over time dust and impurities can build up and effect the ability to diffuse fragrance effectively. Use a soft cloth or paper towel to gently wipe the reeds to remove any build-up. If you purchase spare sticks or refills store them properly, ensure they are stored in a cool dry place, to prevent evaporation of preserve their freshness.

Finally, when the fragrance becomes low you can refill the vessel with our fragrance refills instead of throwing it away.

NOTE

Alcohol from this product causes flaws to the metal effect finish on the lid of this product.

Delivery Information

Delivery Times: Lead times are displayed on each product page and again at checkout for your convenience. Items held in our warehouse are typically dispatched within 48 hours. If your order includes products from multiple brands, we will usually hold the shipment until all items are in stock so they can be delivered together, unless advised otherwise.

For pre-order items, the estimated restock date will be clearly shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Once the item is back in stock, delivery generally takes 3–5 working days. Our customer service team will keep you updated throughout, and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where available.

If you require a more precise delivery timeframe, please don’t hesitate to contact us - our team will be delighted to assist.

Day of Delivery: We use specialist tail lift vehicles and / or couriers to ensure your order arrives to you safely and efficiently. For these items, customer assistance will be required to assist our delivery driver or courier. Our standard delivery is to curbside or front door (depending on access) for insurance purposes.

White Glove Delivery Upgrade: We are able to offer a white Glove Delivery Upgrade on most of our items of furniture which is price on application. This includes delivery to the room of choice, assembly, and remove the product packaging. Please contact us before, or immediately after making your purchase.

Once You Receive Your Order: We request you check all items and report any faults within 48 hours. Claims outside this time period will be rejected. Faults and shortages must be reported with 48 hours including over weekends, bank holidays or Christmas closure and we must be informed in writing by completing the form above.

Product Packaging: While the product(s) are in your possession, please ensure you keep all product packaging safe. Do not tear, shred or dispose of as if we need to arrange an exchange or collection the product must be in it's original packaging, undamaged, sealed only with clear tape and unwritten on. 

Delivery Rates: We offer complimentary UK Mainland delivery on orders over £100.00, T&Cs apply.

For orders under £100.00 a shipping charge of £7.95 applies.

Select products and locations have additional surcharges, which are calculated at check-out. This includes larger items of furniture.

Returns Information

14 Day Returns: Please ensure all orders are sent back to us in sufficient time to ensure we receive these back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

To begin your return please complete our Request A Return form and await approval before returning any items.

Report Faults Within 48 Hours: If you are building and / or renovating we advise you check your item(s) thoroughly before storing to avoid any damages on site. We are not liable after this 48 hour period or after installation.

After the 48 hour period these product(s) will not be considered for return or exchange. Decorum Interiors are unable to offer product exchanges after installation if item is damaged, and for lighting unless there is an electrical lighting fault.

Telephone Payments: For security purposes we do not accept payments made over the telephone.

Bank Transfers: Please contact our Customer Service team emailing info@decorum-living.com where we can provide you with our account details in order for you to arrange a BACS transfer to.

Once the BACS payment is compete we recommend you contact Customer Services to confirm that payment had been made.
